Description
A virtually mint copy of the First Edition and only printing in pamphlet form of Churchill’s first speech in the House of Commons as First Lord of the Admiralty, one of the rarest of all Churchill pamphlets, here disbound from a previously bound volume, with the pagination numeral 15 hand-stamped on the upper right corner.
The pamphlet is sewn, not stapled, and there is 3 cm of separation at the bottom of the fold below the third of the three binding stitches. That separation does not extend to the inside folded leaves, which are all intact.
Truly rare thus.
