Handwritten caption on the verso reads:
“1917. As Minister of Munitions Winston Churchill toured the country whipping up national support for an arms drive.”

While the image dates from 1917, this small, pocket-sized print does not. It is quite old and in very good condition. The verso is twice ink-stamped: “International Magazine Service” and “Agence de Presse Dalmas.”
