Handwritten caption on the verso reads, “1917. As Minister of Munitions Winston Churchill toured the country whipping up national support for an arms drive.”

While the image dates from 1917, this small, pocket-sized print does not. It is quite old and in very good condition. The verso is twice backstamped: “International Magazine Service” and “Agence de Presse Dalmas.”
