A singularly rare official Document of State, typed on letterhead blindstamped: E.R. [Elizabeth Regina] in the upper lefthand corner, that reads:
The Prime Minister, with his humble duty, has the honor to submit the foregoing to Your Majesty, and remains Your Majesty’s obedient and devoted servant, [signed in ink:] Winston S. Churchill.
The note is in mint condition, file-punched in the upper lefthand corner.
Framed in 14-karat gold gilt, museum matted in silk with two vintage photos of Winston and Clementine Churchill and the Queen exiting Churchill’s retirement dinner as PM at No. 10 with Queen Elizabeth on the evening of April 3, 1955.
