This is a rare double-spread color cartoon from the British humor magazine Punch, dated January 1908, in very good condition. Drawn by the noted political cartoonist, Bernard Partridge, who, beginning in 1910, was Punch’s chief Cartoonist. In 1925, he received a knighthood.
